Tóm tắt
Trễ mi dưới là một biến chứng có thể gặp phổ biến trong phẫu thuật tạo hình căng da mi dưới, sau cắt u hoặc di chứng chấn thương... Mục đích điều trị không chỉ nhằm phục hồi chức năng bảo vệ nhãn cầu mà còn phải đảm bảo yếu tố thẩm mỹ. Tại Bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội 108, chúng tôi đã áp dụng và phát triển nhiều phương pháp điều trị trễ mi dưới, phụ thuộc vào mức độ, kích thước của tổn thương, nhằm phục hồi vị trí giải phẫu và chức năng mi dưới. Trong số đó, vạt da cơ mi trên là một lựa chọn điều trị đầy tiềm năng với nhiều ưu điểm về thẩm mỹ và chức năng trong điều trị trễ mi dưới
