Tóm tắt
Ung thư biểu mô dạng tuyến nang nguyên phát ở phổi là tổn thương ác tính cực kỳ hiếm gặp. Khối u này không có triệu chứng đặc hiệu và thường chẩn đoán muộn. Phương pháp điều trị thường được lựa chọn là phẫu thuật khi có thể. Chúng tôi ghi nhận một trường hợp bệnh nhân trẻ tuổi mắc ung thư biểu mô dạng tuyến nang nguyên phát tại phế quản gốc trái. Bệnh nhân đã được điều trị triệu căn tại chỗ và xạ trị, sau đó tái phát sau 2 năm và đã được phẫu thuật cắt thùy dưới phổi trái kèm 1 phần phế quản gốc trái chứa u và tạo hình phế quản thùy trên vào phế quản gốc. Quá trình phẫu thuật diễn ra an toàn và hậu phẫu ổn định. Sau 3 năm phẫu thuật, bệnh nhân toàn trạng tốt, trên các phương tiện chẩn đoán hình ảnh không phát hiện tái phát và di căn xa.
