Khảo sát kiến thức, thái độ và hành vi của bố mẹ có con mắc viêm da cơ địa tại Bệnh viện Da liễu Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh năm 2025

Mục tiêu: Xác định kiến thức, thái độ, hành vi của bố hoặc mẹ về bệnh viêm da cơ địa của trẻ và xác định mối liên quan giữa đặc điểm xã hội học của bố hoặc mẹ với kiến thức, thái độ, hành vi về bệnh viêm da cơ địa. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả trên 160 bố hoặc mẹ có con mắc viêm da cơ địa tại Bệnh viện Da liễu TP. Hồ Chí Minh, từ tháng 10/2024 đến tháng 03/2025. Kết quả: Gần 80% người tham gia có kiến thức đạt về bệnh viêm da cơ địa, và chỉ khoảng 60% người tham gia có thái độ đạt về bệnh. Tuy nhiên, có đến 97,5% bố mẹ có hành vi đạt về bệnh viêm da cơ địa của trẻ. Kết luận: Bố mẹ có kiến thức, thái độ, hành vi đạt về bệnh viêm da cơ địa của trẻ chiếm tỷ lệ khá cao trong nghiên cứu nhưng cũng có nhiều vấn đề về kiến thức, thái độ và đặc biệt là hành vi làm giảm hiệu quả điều trị cần được thay đổi qua các chương trình truyền thông, giáo dục sức khỏe.
