Nghiên cứu một số chỉ số giải phẫu chi dưới trên cắt lớp vi tính

Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu: Khảo sát một số đặc điểm về trục và góc chi dưới ở nhóm người Việt Nam trưởng thành. Đối tượng và phương pháp: 120 tình nguyện viên được chụp cắt lớp vi tính (CLVT) toàn bộ 2 chi dưới từ 2/2023-3/2023. Đo trục và góc ở chi dưới. So sánh các thông số giữa nam và nữ, chân phải và chân trái. Kết quả: Trục cơ học chi dưới mở góc vào trong, góc trung bình 179,57° ± 1,13°, ở nam cao hơn nữ. Trục giải phẫu chi dưới mở góc ra ngoài, góc trung bình 175,46° ± 1,49°, tương đương giữa 2 giới. Góc dưới ngoài mâm chày trung bình 93,2° ± 0,46°, ở nam cao hơn nữ. Góc trên ngoài đầu dưới xương đùi trung bình là 82,29° ± 1,55°, tương đương giữa 2 giới. Kết luận: Hình CLVT giúp xác định chính xác các góc và trục chi dưới.
