Tóm tắt
Trong những năm gần đây, Indocyanine Green (ICG) đã dần cho thấy vai trò quan trọng trong phẫu thuật nội soi triệt căn ung thư dạ dày, giúp cải thiện khả năng quan sát cấu trúc bạch huyết và tưới máu mô. Bài tổng quan này phân tích ứng dụng của ICG trong phẫu thuật ung thư dạ dày, nhấn mạnh vai trò trong xác định hạch gác, nạo vét hạch và đánh giá tưới máu tổ chức. Các nghiên cứu đã chứng minh rằng ICG giúp tăng số lượng hạch thu được và giảm nguy cơ rò miệng nối. Dù vẫn tồn tại một số hạn chế, việc tích hợp ICG vào phẫu thuật xâm lấn tối thiểu đang ngày càng phổ biến, đặt ra yêu cầu nghiên cứu sâu hơn để tối ưu hóa phương pháp này và mở rộng ứng dụng lâm sàng.
