Một số đặc điểm bệnh nhân chờ ghép phổi tại Bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội 108: Lý thuyết và thực tiễn

Tóm tắt
Tổng số 20 bệnh nhân chờ ghép phổi được phân bố ở 3 mặt bệnh: Bệnh phổi tắc nghẽn mạn tính 13 bệnh nhân (80%), xơ phổi vô căn 1 bệnh nhân (5%), giãn phế quản 3 bệnh nhân (15%). 100% bệnh nhân khó thở độ 3 trở lên, chỉ số FEV1 trung bình 25,79 ± 12,95%, khoảng cách đi bộ 6 phút dưới 250m chiếm 95%. Chỉ định lựa chọn bệnh nhân vào danh sách chờ ghép phù hợp với khuyến cáo của Hiệp hội Ghép tim và phổi quốc tế.
