Tóm tắt
Vô tình nuốt phải dị vật là một tình huống khá thường gặp trong cuộc sống. Tuy nhiên, thủng đại tràng do vô tình nuốt phải tăm tre là rất hiếm gặp. Chẩn đoán chính xác thường dựa vào chụp cắt lớp ổ bụng hoặc quan sát trong mổ. Việc lựa chọn phương pháp điều trị phụ thuộc vào mức độ tổn thương, kinh nghiệm của phẫu thuật viên và trang bị dụng cụ. Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp nam giới, 34 tuổi bị thủng đại tràng ngang do tăm tre đã được phẫu thuật nội soi cấp cứu lấy dị vật, khâu kín lỗ thủng, lau rửa dẫn lưu ổ bụng. Sau mổ bệnh nhân diễn biến tốt và ra viện an toàn.
