Mục tiêu: Tìm hiểu yếu tố liên quan đến kết quả điều trị chửa ngoài tử cung bằng methotrexate đơn liều. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, hồi cứu tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản Hà Nội. Tổng số 108 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán là chửa ngoài tử cung được điều trị bằng methotrexate đơn liều từ ngày 01/01/2021 đến hết ngày 31/12/2021. Kết quả: Người bệnh không có dịch cùng đồ khả năng điều trị thành công cao gấp 14,4 lần so với nhóm có dịch cùng đồ (p=0,003), người bệnh có nồng độ βhCG dưới ≤ 1000 (IU/l) có khả năng được điều trị thành công cao gấp 8,09 lần so với nhóm có nồng độ βhCG > 1000 (IU/l) (p=0,007), người bệnh có kích thước khối thai ≤ 1,5cm có khả năng được điều trị thành công cao gấp 4,88 lần so với nhóm có kích thước > 1,5cm (p=0,04). Kết luận: Người bệnh chưa xuất hiện dịch cùng đồ, nồng độ βhCG, kích thước khối chửa càng nhỏ thì tỷ lệ thành công càng cao.
