Ẩn tinh hoàn là tình trạng bệnh lí thường được chẩn đoán ở trẻ nhỏ, và là một trong những yếu tố nguy cơ cao nhất gây ung thư tinh hoàn ở nam giới. Chúng tôi mô tả trường hợp bệnh nhân ung thư tinh hoàn trong ổ bụng trên bệnh nhân đã cắt tinh hoàn ẩn bên phải trước đó, chẩn đoán trước mổ là u ruột non.
