Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Xác định tỷ lệ lo âu, trầm cảm và mối liên quan với thời gian dùng thuốc ở bệnh nhân mụn trứng cá đang uống isotretinoin tại Bệnh viện Da liễu Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu, báo cáo 67 bệnh nhân mụn trứng cá đang uống isotretinoin từ tháng 10/2018 đến tháng 7/2019. Xác định lo âu, trầm cảm bằng thang đo HADS. Kết quả: Lo âu chiếm 50,75%, trầm cảm 13,43%, cả hai 13,43%. Chưa thấy lo âu, trầm cảm liên quan đến thời gian dùng thuốc. Kết luận: Lo âu, trầm cảm chiếm tỷ lệ rất cao trên bệnh nhân mụn trứng cá đang uống isotretinoin. Chúng ta cần phải quan tâm đến vấn đề này trong quá trình điều trị và quản lý bệnh nhân mụn trứng cá.
