Kết quả xử trí biến chứng thủng tá tràng do di lệch stent đường mật bằng phương pháp can thiệp qua nội soi: Trường hợp lâm sàng

Tóm tắt
Thủng tá tráng do di lệch stent đường mật hiếm gặp, thường được xử trí phẫu thuật, tuy nhiên, đóng lỗ thủng qua nội soi đang trở thành lựa chọn ưu tiên cho những bệnh nhân phù hợp. Chúng tôi giới thiệu trường hợp lâm sàng bệnh nhân nam 44 tuổi, được đặt stent đường mật điều trị u đoạn thấp ống mật chủ, bị thủng tá tràng do di lệch stent. Stent được lấy qua nội soi và đóng lỗ thủng bằng kẹp clip. Diễn biến sau can thiệp ổn định, bệnh nhân ra viện ở ngày thứ 10.
