Mục tiêu: Khảo sát tỷ lệ triệu chứng lo âu và trầm cảm ở bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính tại Bệnh viện Da Liễu Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả được thực hiện trên 126 bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính tại Bệnh viện Da Liễu Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh từ tháng 02/2025 đến tháng 07/2025. Các đặc điểm về dịch tễ và lâm sàng của bệnh nhân được thu thập. Chúng tôi tầm soát triệu chứng lo âu, trầm cảm bằng thang đo Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Kết quả: Tỷ lệ triệu chứng lo âu, trầm cảm trên bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính trong nghiên cứu lần lượt là 43,7% và 20,6%. Bệnh nhân có UAS7 trung bình và cao có khả năng xuất hiện triệu chứng lo âu tăng lần lượt 3,20 lần và 6,57 lần so với nhóm có UAS7 thấp (p<0,05). Kết luận: Triệu chứng lo âu và trầm cảm phổ biến ở bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính. Mức độ hoạt động bệnh cao là yếu tố liên quan độc lập với triệu chứng lo âu theo HADS. Do đó, việc tầm soát các triệu chứng lo âu, trầm cảm trên bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính nên được chú trọng trong quản lý bệnh toàn diện, nhằm nhận diện sớm những bệnh nhân cần được đánh giá chuyên sâu hơn về sức khỏe tâm thần.
