Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: 1) Mô tả tình trạng suy giảm nhận thức ở người bệnh sau đột quỵ não tại Bệnh viện Hữu Nghị năm 2025; 2) Phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan đến tình trạng này. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang có phân tích trên 58 người bệnh từ 60 tuổi trở lên điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện Hữu Nghị từ tháng 02 đến tháng 05 năm 2025. Tình trạng nhận thức được sàng lọc bằng thang đo trạng thái tâm thần tối thiểu MMSE (Mini Mental State Examination). Dữ liệu được phân tích bằng kiểm định Chi-square và hồi quy logistic đa biến. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ người bệnh suy giảm nhận thức là 51,7%, với 24,1% ở mức độ nặng. Thói quen sử dụng rượu bia (aOR = 7,327, p=0,019) và nhập viện sau 6 giờ kể từ khởi phát đột quỵ não (aOR = 7,618, p=0,021) là hai yếu tố có mối liên quan độc lập làm gia tăng khả năng hiện mắc suy giảm nhận thức. Kết luận: Suy giảm nhận thức là vấn đề đáng lưu ý ở người bệnh sau đột quỵ não. Cần lồng ghép sàng lọc nhận thức vào quy trình điều trị và tư vấn để hỗ trợ cá thể hóa kịp thời.
