Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Xác định mối liên quan giữa chỉ số đáp ứng giãn mạch qua trung gian dòng chảy (FMD) với một số đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng ở bệnh nhân ghép thận sau 3 tháng. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả, cắt ngang trên 95 bệnh nhân ghép thận tại Bệnh viện Quân y 103 từ tháng 8/2025 đến tháng 5/2026. Kết quả: Chỉ số FMD trung bình là 7,4 ± 1,76%. Nhóm có thời gian ghép thận trên 2 năm có tỷ lệ FMD% ≥ 7,1% cao hơn rõ rệt (71,6%) so với nhóm ghép thận < 2 năm (42,9%), p<0,05. Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân có rối loạn chức năng nội mạc (FMD < 7,1%) ở nhóm có eGFR < 60 ml/phút/1,73m2 chiếm 93,7%, cao hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê so với nhóm có eGFR > 60 ml/phút/1,73m2 (20,2%), p<0,001. Kết luận: Chỉ số FMD% ở bệnh nhân thận ghép có mối liên quan chặt chẽ với thời gian ghép thận và chức năng thận ghép.
