Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu này khảo sát hiệu quả điều trị kết hợp giữa xông đá muối Himalaya và một số phương pháp trị liệu trong phục hồi chức năng ở bệnh nhân đau thắt lưng mạn tính. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Bệnh nhân được phân ngẫu nhiên vào hai nhóm: Nhóm nghiên cứu được điều trị bằng xông đá muối, hồng ngoại, châm cứu và vận động trị liệu; nhóm chứng được điều trị bằng hồng ngoại, châm cứu và vận động trị liệu. Bệnh nhân được đánh giá về cường độ đau và độ giãn cột sống thắt lưng trước điều trị, sau 1 tuần, 2 tuần và 3 tuần điều trị. Kết quả và kết luận: Nhóm nghiên cứu có hiệu quả điều trị tốt hơn trong việc giảm đau và cải thiện độ giãn cột sống. Phương pháp xông đá muối Himalaya góp phần tăng cường hiệu quả điều trị ở bệnh nhân đau thắt lưng mạn tính.
