Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu: Xác định tầm quan trọng của vi phẫu thuật trong ứng dụng lâm sàng phục hồi lại chi cụt. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Thông báo kết quả lâm sàng tạo hình mỏm cụt ở cẳng tay sử dụng vạt ghép phức hợp có cuống mạch nuôi ứng dụng kỹ thuật vi phẫu. Kết quả: Tất cả các vết thương đều liền sẹo tốt. Vạt ghép phức hợp giúp bệnh nhân thực hiện dễ dàng các hoạt động lao động và sinh hoạt hàng ngày. Kết luận: Vi phẫu thuật mở ra triển vọng để phục hồi lại tối ưu hình thể và chức năng chi cụt và giúp cải thiện rõ rệt chất lượng cuộc sống và khả năng lao động cho bệnh nhân.
