Abstract

Objective: To evaluate some characteristics of age, genders, to determine expression of immunohistochemical markers CK20, P53, Ki67 and the expression of immunohistochemistry markers in papillary urothelial carcinoma at 108 Military Central Hospital. Subject and method: A descriptive study on 51 operated patients with papillary urothelial carcinoma diagnosed at 108 Military Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021. All samples were immunohistochemically stained with 3 makers CK20, P53, Ki67. Result and conclusion: The mean age of papillary urothelial carcinoma patients was 62.73 ± 11.16; 90.2% male. The rates of local positive and diffuse positive with CK20 were 51%, 31.4%, respectively. The strong and weak positive cases of P53 were 45.1%, 33.3%, respectively. The low expression cases with Ki67 were 70.6%.
