Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả truyền rửa và bảo quản phổi trên thực nghiệm. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Thực nghiệm mô tả 20 lợn (cân nặng 40 - 45kg, tuổi từ 3 - 4 tháng) theo mô hình truyền rửa đa tạng và lấy phổi trái. Kết quả: Màu sắc: Trắng ngà chiếm 90%, hồng nhạt là 5%, có điểm tụ máu là 5%. Mật độ: Chắc đồng đều chiếm 95%, chắc không đều là 0%, không chắc là 5%. Giải phẫu bệnh 20 phổi trái với 155 tiêu bản: Không tổn thương vi thể 150 tiêu bản tỷ lệ 96,8%, tổn thương vi thể 5 tiêu bản tỷ lệ 3,2%. Kết luận: Phổi hiến sau rửa, bảo quản tại Học viện Quân y đã đáp ứng yêu cầu phổi ghép thực nghiệm.
